Creating Meaningful Relationships

I proudly served as co-lead for RNDC’s local Atlanta ARG (Associate Resource Group) chapter, where I helped foster an inclusive, engaging, and empowering environment for our associates. In this role, I supported event planning, internal communications, and team-building initiatives that celebrated diversity and created space for open dialogue and connection. From coordinating local activations to amplifying voices across departments, my goal was to help make RNDC not just a workplace—but a community.
